What if I have never played lacrosse before, can I still play for Ottawa Nemesis Powered by the Ottawa Black Bears?

Definitely! The Ottawa Nemesis Lacrosse Club promotes a welcoming environment and a love of the sport. There is a place for everyone in our organization.

The partnership between Ottawa Nemesis Lacrosse and the Ottawa Black Bears is building Lacrosse Sixes in the city! All are welcome to play.

What if I want to play full field competitive/travel lacrosse, can I still play for Ottawa Nemesis?

Absolutely! We will have the opportunity to field competitive travel teams at the Grade 7/8, Grade 9/10 and Grade 11/12 levels based on registration interest.  This program will be traditional full field lacrosse with additional costs, commitment and practices. This program is not under the Black Bears partnership.
